Revolutionary Drone for Vital Operations
ideaForge Technology Limited has launched NETRA 5, a drone crafted for defense and security purposes.
Smart Features and Flexible Structure
NETRA 5 is built with ideaForge’s onboard computing system that brings AI into mission plans. It can spot military items like tanks, bunkers, and bridges, and track people or moving objects day or night.
This UAV comes with a design that lets you change parts easily. It has a main part with dual sensors for seeing things in different lights. There’s also an extra section for more tools, which can be customized for special tasks, like LiDAR, multispectral imaging, SAR, or precise delivery.
“We are proud to introduce the NETRA 5, a game-changer in unmanned aerial technology,” said Ankit Mehta, CEO of ideaForge Technology Limited. “With its ability to operate in GNSS-denied environments, endure extreme weather conditions, and adapt to diverse mission needs, NETRA 5 represents a breakthrough in autonomy, resilience, and versatility. It is not just a UAV; it’s a leap forward in ensuring operational success in the most critical scenarios. This innovation reflects our unwavering commitment to empowering defense forces with cutting-edge solutions that redefine the future of unmanned systems.”
Tough for Rough Conditions
NETRA 5 can handle tough situations thanks to its all-weather radar sensors that help it avoid obstacles and navigate safely. It uses frequency-hopping tech to stop jamming and works even when GNSS signals are blocked.
This drone weighs less than 8 kg, takes off quickly in under three minutes, and is tough enough for 5,000 landings and harsh weather.
It also includes an extra space for more tools, making it ready for future needs.
People love how technology keeps getting better and better.
Upcoming Event at Aero India 2025
